Experience
Ms. Aaina heads the Trade Mark Drafting team, specializing in trade mark Prosecution, Opposition, and Rectification across India and neighbouring countries. She is actively involved in diverse non-contentious aspects of trade mark law. Her expertise includes advising clients on brand protection; strategizing effective enforcement of trade mark rights, conducting pre-filing clearance searches, managing trade mark portfolios, and overseeing intellectual property due diligence. She has represented several renowned domestic and international brands across industries on the multi-jurisdictional protection of their trade marks. She routinely advises clients on brand adoption, launch risks, protection and commercialization.
Qualifications
- BA (Hons.) English Literature from University of Delhi,
- LLB from University of Delhi
- Diploma in Entrepreneurship and from West Bengal National Juridical Sciences

She is a member of INTA, PTMG and ECTA and attends Marques and CITMA
Personal interest
She is an avid traveller and enjoys high-adrenaline activities and often engages in activities such as skydiving, bungee jumping, scuba diving, dune bashing etc.
