Anurag’s specialisation lies in handling patent prosecution with a focus on software, electronics, and telecommunications-related inventions and patent opposition matters at the Indian Patent Office. Anurag is actively involved in patent litigation work as well, involving handling patent Appeals to high courts and patent infringement suits. Anurag also holds experience in preparing office action responses for the US and EP jurisdictions, advising clients across the US, EP jurisdictions and performing patent searches, including patentability searches, invalidity searches and FTO searches. Anurag has also contributed to academia, co-authoring an IEEE paper on cybersecurity in smart grids and a book chapter on smart contracts and privacy in Fundamentals of Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies.
