She handles complex IP mandates involving prior art searches and prosecution of patent applications in engineering and computer-implemented inventions.
Before entering the legal profession, Ms. Mukherjee worked as a Research Intern at the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-Innovation Protection Unit (CSIR-IPU), where she gained valuable insight into the research.
Ms. Mukherjee is also a named inventor on a nationally granted patent in the field of Blockchain technology, titled “System and Method for Assessing Candidate Skills”.
