Experience
Mr. Chhibber’s practice focuses on patent searching, drafting, patent office hearings and client counselling, with an emphasis on technologies like automobile, mechanical, computing, electronics and communication technologies including artificial intelligence, cloud computing, neural networks, machine learning, embedded systems, multimedia devices, telecommunications, data transmission. He also worked on PCT matters and was responsible for managing patent portfolios for several clients.
Before law school, Mr. Chhibber completed a degree in engineering and taught as a guest lecturer in one of the renowned universities.
Mr. Chhibber has also worked as an In-House Counsel at Tata Motors Ltd. where he was responsible for harnessing Intellectual Properties like Patents, Designs, Copyrights from the Inventors. He was also involved in several initiatives regarding inventors’ education and spreading IP awareness as well as those for enhancing IP culture in the company.
Mr. Chhibber loves to shoot short films on philosophical topics. He is fond of acting, script writing and directing short films and theatre.
