Kirti plays a key role in the Firm’s Patent Prosecution practice, bringing over a decade of experience in the patent industry. She holds a post-graduate degree in Biotechnology and is a registered Indian Patent Agent and Patent Attorney.
Kirti’s expertise spans a wide range of patent-related services, including patent filing and prosecution, prior art searches, patent landscapes, claim mapping, due diligence, and validity assessments. She has extensive experience representing both Indian and international clients before the Indian Patent Office in matters related to patent examination, hearings, and office actions. Her in-depth understanding of patent law, combined with a strong technical background, enables her to deliver strategic and effective IP solutions.
Before joining the Firm, Kirti worked with Nestlé as part of the Microbiology and Chemistry team, where she gained valuable industry experience and scientific insight that continues to inform her work in intellectual property.
