Experience
Medhavi has experience in the field of intellectual property law, with a particular focus on trademark opposition and prosecution. Her practice includes conducting trademark clearance searches, responding to examination reports as well as handling opposition and cancellation proceedings.
In addition to her practice, Medhavi has a strong interest in intellectual property scholarship and legal research. She has authored articles on trademark and copyright law, including issues relating to trademark protection, second-hand goods, and dance choreography.

Personal Interest
Outside of work, Medhavi is a trained ballet dancer with over a decade of experience and has actively participated in national dance competitions. She also enjoys playing football and values the teamwork, discipline, and resilience the sport instills.
