Experience
Mr. Shankhdhar is an Attorney-at-Law registered with the Bar Council of Delhi, with over four years of specialized experience in patent litigation and opposition practice. He has particular expertise in managing complex and contentious patent matters before the Intellectual Property Divisions (IPDs) of the High Courts in Delhi, Mumbai, Madras, and Calcutta, as well as in handling pre-grant and post-grant opposition proceedings before the Indian Patent Office.
In addition to litigation and opposition work, Mr. Shankhdhar has extensive experience in intellectual property due diligence, conducting prior art and invalidity searches, and providing patentability and freedom-to-operate (FTO) opinions. He is actively involved in advising our domestic as well as international clients on contentious patent subject matter, including enforcement strategies, risk assessment, and dispute resolution.
