Ms. Teena Dutta holds a degree in Law and Science, with a specialisation in Intellectual Property Law. Her practice primarily focuses on patent and design prosecution.

Ms. Dutta is actively involved in prosecuting patent applications across various technical domains, with particular experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and life sciences-related technologies. She advises clients on patentability, prosecution strategies, and portfolio management in both Indian and International jurisdictions. Her experience includes managing national phase filings, preparing responses to examination reports, and coordinating with foreign associates to support global IP protection.

Besides, she also handles the filing and prosecution of design applications, including advising on registrability, preparing representations, and responding to objections from the Design Office.

Away from her desk, Ms. Dutta enjoys sketching, listening to music, and spending time with family & friends.
