Vamika is a Legal Associate with experience in IP litigation. She has worked extensively on drafting legal documents, opposition strategies, trademark enforcement, and handling both national and international client matters.
She has also worked on patent matters involving Chemical Composition. Additionally, she is a published author, having written legal research papers including "Comparative Study Of Legal Rules And Regulations Related To AI Chatbots In India And The United Kingdom” and "Apple Inc. v. Apple Man”
