Yoshita is an Associate with a developing practice in intellectual property law. She assists in matters involving trademark prosecution, IP due diligence, and litigation support before the Indian IP Offices and the Bombay High Court. Her responsibilities include attending hearings, conducting legal research, preparing briefing notes for senior counsel, and supporting the team in managing trademark portfolios.
Yoshita also contributes to client advisory on enforcement strategy, procedural compliance, and the day-to-day handling of IP matters.
