Experience
Mr. Giordano has been working in the field of Intellectual Property Laws since more than 15 years and has been associated with the Firm since the year 2020. His major focus is to facilitate foreign companies in protection and enforcement of their IP rights in India. He serves as a facilitator in Europe for direct interaction with the clients and also acts as an interface to clients for IP matters in India.
He spearheads towards achieving Firm’s Business Development goals by strengthening existing partnerships and exploring new opportunities across geographies. He plays a crucial role in implementing strategic business development plans to enhance client relationships and promote the Firm's services. His focus lies on expanding alliances for the Firm to extend its reach across various jurisdictions which is instrumental in driving revenue opportunities and enhancing the Firm's market presence.
He has acquired invaluable experience assaying diverse roles in the IP fraternity and works closely with the management towards planning and execution of Business Development, Marketing, Branding, Outreach, Client Relations and similar activities, while ensuring best utilization of firm’s representation at various IP conferences.
