Arshya is an associate in the trademarks team, and her experience lies in trademark prosecution, opposition, and litigation practice. She has dealt with trademark related drafting, civil pleadings drafting, drafting enforcement notices, conducting clearance searches, providing strategic advice, collating evidence- to name a few.
Additionally, Arshya possesses fervent interests in reading and researching IP developments, doctrinal and scholarly works around IP and intersectional works, and opinion pieces on celebrity laws, trademark-style protections for personality rights across the globe, and everything else IP.

Personal interest
In her free time, Arshya loves to work out and has been doing yoga for many years as it helps her regain her peace. Her hobbies range from reading fiction and political articles, painting, sketching, and learning Punjabi (inconsistently) as well. She loves to travel, especially to places with waterfalls and mountains.
