Charvi is a Patent Associate who handles patent prosecution matters before the Indian Patent Office across various domains, with a particular focus on chemical, pharmaceutical, and material science inventions. Her practice encompasses patent drafting, prior art and patentability searching, freedom to operate analysis, with preparation of responses to First Examination Reports and the technical and legal submissions, alongside advising clients throughout the patent prosecution process.

Beyond her practice, Charvi's interests turn to diplomacy and world affairs. A speaker at numerous Model United Nations conferences and debating forums, she reads widely on history and foreign policy. She is also a badminton player, having represented at various levels.
