Devesh is an India qualified lawyer with work experience of over two years, practicing in the domain of IP Litigation. Having graduated from IP University, Delhi, he was admitted to the bar in 2023. Devesh has worked on both the Original and the Appellate side of the Delhi High Court and the Appellate side of the Madras, Bombay & Calcutta High Courts. Devesh has also been associated with a U.S based consultancy, wherein he focused on complex pharmaceutical litigations and Product liability litigations.
Devesh regularly appears before the Delhi High Court, Supreme Court, and other forums for representing Fortune 500 companies and leading businesses for protecting their IP rights.

Personal Interests
