Experience 

Dr. Gargi focuses on patent drafting and prosecution in a variety of fields, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical, chemical, and biological technologies. She manages patent cases covering numerous biologic and small molecule drug candidates and regularly provides legal opinions on patentability, validity, and enforceability relating to chemical and biological inventions. Prior to her legal career, she worked as a physician assistant in Oncology at Omega Hospitals and Pi Cancer Care. In addition to her clinical experience, she was deeply involved in the development of innovative medical devices. Her responsibilities included overseeing the product development lifecycle and coordinating between multidisciplinary teams such as engineering, clinical, regulatory, and patent professionals.
