Since joining Chadha & Chadha in 2009, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s litigation practice, consistently delivering results in complex, high-stakes IP disputes. His track record of success has earned him a reputation as one of India’s most respected IP litigators.

Based in Mumbai, Mr. Trivedi leads the firm’s Litigation team and spearheads the resolution of critical IP disputes before the Indian Patent Office, as well as courts and tribunals across the country. His litigation portfolio spans trademark and patent enforcement, IP-driven commercial conflicts, and strategic dispute advisory. With a strong foundation in science and technology, he is also proficient in patent prosecution across electronics, physics, and mechanical domains — uniquely positioning him to align legal strategy with technical depth.

Mr. Trivedi also advises on a broad range of regulatory and commercial issues relating to data privacy, digital media, fashion, and advertising laws. His ability to craft integrated, forward-looking legal solutions enables clients to stay ahead in rapidly evolving, innovation-intensive sectors.
