With a Masters in Law from NLU, Delhi specializing in Intellectual Property, Ms. Arneja’s focus areas of work are patent litigation and contentious matters, including pre-grant and post-grant oppositions before the IPO, patent appeals and patent revocation petitions before the (ex) IPAB.
She is actively involved in patent Infringement disputes, patent appeals and patent revocations before the Delhi, Calcutta and Mumbai IPD and has secured several favorable orders for our clients in patent contentious and litigation disputes.
She has extensive experience in intellectual property due diligence, prior art and invalidity search, patentability and FTO opinions and is involved in strategic advisory for patent portfolios of our clients.
