Ms. Anand is a registered Patent Agent and Attorney at Law with over a decade of experience in intellectual property law. She leads the Bangalore and Hyderabad offices of Chadha & Chadha, and has been a Partner at the firm since 2017.

With a background in Biotechnology, Ms. Anand offers in-depth technical and legal expertise across a broad range of technologies, particularly in the Biotechnology, Life Sciences, and Pharmaceutical sectors. Her practice focuses on patent drafting, prosecution, oppositions, IP strategy, and global portfolio management for a diverse clientele, including Indian and international companies.

She is also actively involved in knowledge-sharing initiatives, regularly contributing as a guest lecturer at universities and participating in both national and international IP conferences.

Outside of work, Ms. Anand enjoys spending time with her young child, and finds balance in music and thought-provoking documentaries.
