Ms. Sapna is an associate who focuses on patent drafting and prosecution in a variety of fields, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical, chemical and biological technologies. She manages patent cases covering numerous biologic and small molecule drug candidates and regularly provides legal opinions on patentability, validity and enforceability relating to chemical and biological inventions.
