Experience
Mr. Sharabh is a seasoned Intellectual Property litigator with over a decade of experience in representing clients across all branches of IP law. A graduate of the Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi, he was admitted to the Bar in 2013 and has since developed a robust litigation practice before District Courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India.
Sharabh is highly regarded for his ability to craft and execute comprehensive IP litigation and enforcement strategies tailored to the needs of a diverse clientele, including Multinational Corporations, Fortune 500 companies, and leading Indian businesses. His expertise spans both civil and criminal actions, as well as border enforcement mechanisms to combat counterfeiting and IP infringement.
