Ms Madan has been practicing Intellectual Property Laws since the year 2008. She has extensive experience in handling Intellectual Property Right matters with a special focus on acquisition, protection, exploitation, and enforcement of trademarks.
Her work involves managing a range of trademark portfolios spanning a number of industries and she regularly advises clients on licensing and assignment contracts, and copyright issues. She has a special expertise in brand strategy, portfolio planning and management, dispute resolution, domestic and international policing and enforcement of trademarks and copyright.
