Suva focuses on all forms of IP Litigation and Dispute Resolution matters. He regularly appears before the Hon'ble Delhi High Court and District Courts, representing clients in matters concerning trademark infringement, passing off, copyright disputes, and unfair competition.
Suva has been closely involved in matters concerning commercial disputes and has been actively involved in securing injunction orders and conducting criminal raids on a Pan-India basis.
