Mr. Gandhi has been practicing at Chadha & Chadha since 2009. With an extensive experience, he specializes in providing strategic IP counseling and securing optimal IP protection for clients across diverse industries. His international training in global patent practices has positioned him as a leading expert in drafting and prosecuting patent applications. A considerable part of his practice is devoted to providing patentability, infringement, and validity opinions and devising strategies for prospective contentious or litigation matters. He has led the team in attaining favorable orders for his clients in numerous patent oppositions, revocations, appeals, and infringement suits.
He is a regular speaker at international and domestic events and has several publications to his name, including the Unfair Competition Guide (the Indian perspective) for INTA’s Unfair Competition Committee (2023) and the Indian chapter in a comparative of the International Design Law for LESi (2020).
He is also an active member of IPO, AIPLA, INTA , FICPI, LES, AIPPI and APAA.
