Experience

Sakshi is a Senior Associate with experience in intellectual property law, focusing on patent analytics and technology-driven IP research. She has worked extensively on patent invalidation, freedom-to-operate (FTO), infringement, patentability, evidence of use (EoU), landscape, and standard essential patent (SEP) analyses across a broad range of technologies. She supports patent prosecution and litigation by conducting prior art searches, preparing claim charts, assessing patent portfolios, and providing strategic technical and legal analysis.

• B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering – Panjab University
