Delhi Trade Mark Registry along with Delhi State Legal Service Authority launches pilot project of M
The Delhi Trade Marks Registry has announced a plan to liquidate the pendency in Opposition/Cancellation matters through Mediation/ Conciliation in collaboration with the Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA).
As part of the pilot project, the Delhi Trade Marks Registry has published a list of 500 pending Opposition/Rectification matters and has called upon the interested parties to submit their consent forms by March 19, 2016 for further action.
